Hadassah ...
The Nashua Chapter of Hadassah, the women's Zionist organization of America, isdevoted to the State of Israel. Members support various projects in Israel to develop new and better ways of improving Jewish Life through healing, teaching, and research. Among its activities are the annual HMO (Hadassah Medical Organization) Donor Dinner, a Roch Chodesh discussion group, and the mother/child group. Raymond Street Klezmer Band ...
A local Klezmer band with a historical connection to Temple Beth Abraham where they practice and have often performed since 1990. Their repetoire includes classic Klezmer dances, bulgars and freylach, Israeli folk tunes, and haimishe Yiddish melodies. The band is available for Bar or Bat Mitzvah parties, weddings, and synagogue or community events within Greater Boston and Southern New Hampshire,.
